Main inspection items
包括:螺栓du实物更小荷载检验;zhi扭dao剪型高强度螺栓连接副预拉力复验;高强度螺栓连接副扭矩检验;高强度大六角头螺栓连接副扭矩系数复验;高强度螺栓连接摩擦面的抗滑系数检验。
It includes: minimum load test of bolt; pretension re inspection of shear type high-strength bolt connection pair; torque inspection of high-strength bolt connection pair; re inspection of torque coefficient of high-strength bolt connection pair; inspection of anti sliding coefficient of friction surface of high-strength bolt connection.
(2)主控项目
(2) Main control items
①钢结构制作和安装应按GB50205—2001附B的有关规定分别进行高强度螺栓连接摩擦面的抗滑系数试验和复验,现场处理的构件摩擦面应单独进行摩擦面的抗滑系数试验,其结果应符合设计要求。
① The fabrication and installation of steel structure shall be subject to the anti sliding coefficient test and re inspection of the friction surface of high strength bolt connection according to the relevant provisions of Annex B of GB 50205-2001. The anti sliding coefficient test of friction surface of components treated on site shall be conducted separately, and the results shall meet the design requirements.
②高强度大六角头螺栓连接副终拧完成1h后、48h内应进行终拧扭矩检查,检查结果应符合规范规定。检查数量:按节点数抽查10%,且不应少于10个节点;每个被抽查节点按螺 栓数抽查10%,且不应少于2个。
② The final tightening torque shall be checked within 1 hour and 48 hours after the final tightening of high strength large hexagon head bolt connection pair, and the inspection results shall meet the specification requirements. Inspection quantity: spot check 10% according to the number of nodes, and there should be no less than 10 nodes; each inspected node should be sampled 10% according to the number of bolts, and should not be less than 2.
③扭剪型高强度螺栓连接副终拧后,除因构造原因无法使用专用扳手拧掉梅花头者外,未在终拧中拧掉梅花头的螺栓数不应大于该节点螺栓数5%。对所有梅花头未拧掉的扭剪型高强度螺栓连接副应采用扭矩法或转角法进行终拧并作标记,且按上述②条中的规定进行终拧扭矩检查。
③ After the final tightening, the number of bolts not unscrewed in the final tightening shall not be more than 5% of the bolts in the node, except that the special wrench cannot be used to screw off the plum head due to the structural reasons. Torque method or angle method shall be used for final tightening and marking of all high-strength torsional shear bolt connection pairs whose plum heads have not been unscrewed, and the final tightening torque shall be checked according to the provisions in Article 2 above.
检查数量:按节点数抽查10%,但不应少于10个节点,被抽查点中梅花头未拧掉的扭剪型高强度螺栓连接副全数进行终拧扭矩检查。
Inspection quantity: spot check 10% according to the number of nodes, but not less than 10 nodes. The final tightening torque shall be checked for all torsional shear type high-strength bolt connection pairs whose plum heads have not been unscrewed.
(3)一般项目
(3) General items
①高强度螺栓连接副的施拧顺序和初拧、复拧扭矩应符合设计要求和现行行业标准《钢结构高强度螺栓连接的设计施工及验收规程》JGJ82的规定。
① The tightening sequence, initial tightening and re tightening torque of high strength bolt connection pairs shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current national industry standard "code for design, construction and acceptance of high strength bolt connections in steel structures" (jgj82).
②高强度螺栓连接副终拧后,螺栓丝扣外露应为2~3扣,其中允许有10%的螺栓丝扣外露1扣或4扣。检查数量:按节点数抽查5%,且不应少于10个。
② After the high-strength bolt connection pair is finally screwed, the exposed bolt thread should be 2-3 threads, and 10% of the bolt threads are allowed to be exposed by 1 or 4 threads. Inspection quantity: spot check 5% according to node number, and no less than 10.
③高强度螺栓连接摩擦面应保持干燥、整洁,不应有飞边、毛刺、焊接飞溅物、焊疤、氧化铁皮、污垢等,除设计要求外摩擦面不应涂漆。
③ The friction surface of high strength bolt connection shall be kept dry and tidy without flash, burr, welding spatter, welding scar, scale and dirt, etc. besides the design requirements, the friction surface shall not be painted.
④高强度螺栓应自由穿入螺栓孔。高强度螺栓孔不应采用气割扩孔,扩孔数量应征得设计同意,扩孔后的孔径不应超过1.2d(d为螺栓直径)。
④ High strength bolts should be freely penetrated into bolt holes. High strength bolt holes should not be reamed by gas cutting. The number of reaming should be approved by the design. The hole diameter after reaming should not exceed 1.2D (D is the bolt diameter).
⑤螺栓球节点网架总拼完成后,高强度螺栓与球节点应紧固连接,高强度螺栓拧入螺栓球内的螺纹长度不应小于1.0d(d为螺栓直径),连接处不应出现有间隙、松动等未拧紧情况。
⑤ After the general assembly of the bolt ball joint grid structure is completed, the high-strength bolt and the ball joint should be firmly connected. The thread length of the high-strength bolt screwed into the bolt ball should not be less than 1.0d (D is the bolt diameter), and there should be no gap, looseness and other UN tightened conditions at the connection.
