3.测量时,手要把握住把手的,沿垂直于扭力扳手壳体方向，慢慢地加力，直听到扭力扳手发出“塔”的声音，此时扭力扳手已到达预置扭力值，工件已加力完毕，然后应及时解除作用力，以免损坏另部件。在施力过程中,按照标准仪器操作规范,其垂直度偏差左右不应超过10度。其水平方向上下偏差不应超过3度,操作人员在使用过程中应保证其上下左右施力范围均不超过15度；
